Ranbar Red BR is an exceptionally performing solvent dye of the bluish-red double azo class, Color Index is Solvent Red 24. It boasts a vivid color, strong tinting power, and outstanding characteristics such as heat resistance, lightfastness, acid-alkali resistance, and solvent fastness. This double azo dye is insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol and acetone, and easily soluble in benzene.
Primarily utilized for coloring various plastics including polystyrene, acetate fibers, organic glass, ABS resin, and rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Ranbar Red BR double azo dye is also well-suited for coloring paints and ballpoint pen inks. Furthermore, it finds application in coloring polyester fibers.
